The Longhorn Palace provides a unique setting to celebrate special occasions.  The building is a recently built replica of an 1880’s Victorian style saloon complete with a beautiful custom 30-foot oak bar.  Outside you may walk the streets of an authentic replica of Dodge City or Visit Lonesome Dove, The Jersey Lilly (Judge Roy Bean’s Saloon), or The Alamo. Built on a hill, the views of the surrounding pastures and hillsides are breathtaking.

THE LONGHORN PALACE SALOON AMENITIES

• A 30’ solid oak bar.
• Stage area.
• 36-3’ square tables and 3-6’ round tables.
• All wooden chairs and tables made from northern red oak.
• Air conditioning and heating.
• 14 guest rooms upstairs.

 

The central meeting area covers 2500 sq. ft. with 14’ ceilings. The Longhorn Palace can accommodate 160 seated guests for dinner and over 200 guest’s banquet style and 350 guests for a stand up reception.

Saloon Rooms

Single bedroom with bunk beds (All but 3 have double bottoms and single top bunk beds.  There are 2 rooms with single top and single bottom bunk beds and 1 room has a set of single top and single bottom bunk beds.) All the rooms have private bathroom.  The saloon rooms can accommodate 41 people. The rooms are a separate rate than the Saloon itself these rooms are $70.00 per night plus tax.  If guests reserve the Saloon and all five guest cabins the rate for each saloon room shall be $50.00 per night plus tax.

Longhorn Palace Saloon Rates

Weekday (Monday - Thursday 8am-8am) - $900.00 per day plus tax use of downstairs saloon area, bar, fridge, freezer, ice machine and stage area.
Friday (noon) – Sunday (noon) - $2000.00 with use of the downstairs saloon area, bar, stage, fridge, freezer, and ice machine.   

Use of plates, glasses, silverware, etc priced separately.

Cancellation Policy

$500.00 deposit required to reserve saloon.
Payment is due in full 32 days prior to the reservation.
Cancellation 32 days prior to reservations no cancellation fee applies.
Cancellation 31 days prior to reservations the $500 deposit will not be refunded.

Saloon Interior

Inside our authentic Old West Saloon you will discover a FANTASTIC modern Event Facility with a fabulous Old West Flare. The Longhorn Palace can accommodate 160 seated guests for dinner and over 200 guest’s banquet style and 350 guests for a stand up reception.

The Longhorn Palace is a 2,500 sq. foot Old West Saloon with beaded 14’ ceilings which include:

• A 30’ solid oak bar ( We are beer & wine licensed by the State of Texas)
• Seats 160 seated guests & 200 banquet-style
• Stage area
• 36 - 3’ Square tables that seats 4 people each
• 3 - 6’ Round tables that seat 6 people each
• Fully AC & heated
• There are also 14 bunk-bed style rooms above the Saloon ( Most rooms have full bottoms & twin tops.)
  ALL Saloon rooms have their own bathroom with a shower, sink & toilet.  Priced separately from downstairs
