Tin Star Ranch Presents Texas State Black Powder Shootout & Resurrection VI on April 27th – 29th, 2012.

The shooting schedule for the weekend will be as follows:

• Friday - Wild Bunch & Night Shoot
• Saturday - 6 Main Stages & Posse Shoot
• Sunday - 4 Main Stages

There will be a Banquet and Costume contest on Saturday night that is sure to please all.

Dry camping on range is allowed

The Single Action Shooting Society is an international organization created to preserve and promote the sport of Cowboy Action Shooting™. SASS endorses regional matches conducted by affiliated clubs, stages END of TRAIL The World Championship of Cowboy Action Shooting, promulgates rules and procedures to ensure safety and consistency in Cowboy Action Shooting matches, and seeks to protect its members' 2nd Amendment rights. SASS members share a common interest in preserving the history of the Old West and competitive shooting.

Christmas Shoot

We will be holding our annual Christmas shoot this year on December 2nd, 2011. This will be a great event so make your holiday plans now. We will have more information on this event soon.

Vendors Welcome

We invite any vendor that is interested in participating in our events to contact us. Vendors are welcome at our annual shoots at the low price of $25 for the entire weekend. Download and complete our Vendor Registration Form and return it to us. We look forward to seeing y'all out here!
